bkm worked recently with a San Diego-based cloud data analytics firm to provide technology office solutions for their brand-new client services center. This was a showcase for the international firm, with two stories and multiple rooms requiring structured cabling, music and sound masking systems, Cisco unified communications conference rooms, and simplified Crestron controlled spaces.
With a total budget of nearly $300k, this was high-end work, with many complicated, elaborate pieces of equipment—requiring uniquely specialized skill sets. Designs were developed in tandem with the client, architect, and general contractor. Specialized equipment including Samsung commercial-LED displays, video conferencing solutions from Cisco, and Crestron audio systems all helped to unite a global team in the space.
Real Estate Finance Company + bkm:
The real estate finance company in question chose bkm OfficeWorks because they wanted to step up to more elaborate, integrated AV systems in their San Diego offices. The two-building 2-story complex required a number of upgrades, moving up from basic functionality to standardized conference rooms with teams & collaboration, Crestron-controlled spaces with Biamp microphones and speakers, and voice and data cabling.
