Provides inventories and reports for the Operations, Sales and Project Management teams. Works closely with team members, internal staff, vendors and customers related to product requests, product returns, and provides high quality customer service.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
- Store and inventory customer product
- Professionally handle return process
- Produce customer inventory reports
- Quarterly measurements
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have High School degree or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Problem Solving abilities
- Proficient in use of personal computer, including the following: Windows, MS Office (Word and Excel), and MS outlook.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in front of groups and customers.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
