CMAS
The California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) unit established agreements
with manufacturers/suppliers that offer products and services which are
currently on an existing multiple award schedule with the Federal General
Service Administration (GSA) or other approved multiple award contracts.
CMAS contracts provide local government agencies access to an extensive
selection of office furniture and services that are designed to maximize
their investment.

U.S. Communities
U.S. Communities was created by its founding co-sponsors—the National
Association of Counties, the United States Conference of Mayors, and the
National Institute for Governmental Purchasing—to provide local
governments, like cities, counties and school districts nationwide, access
to quality products at the best possible prices. To accomplish this, U.S.
Communities has recruited respected local public agencies, like Fairfax
County, Virginia, to develop competitively awarded contracts. These contracts
are made available to all local governments in the United States. The
U.S. Communities program truly is “Government Purchasers Saving
You Money”, and bkm OfficeWorks is proud to be a part of it.
